Join Chels's small group training designed for women looking for a healthy outlet and are ready for a strong, functional body. Lose fat, gain curves, move faster and laugh along the way. Connect with a supportive community that understands your unique fitness journey. Our sessions offer not only a unique therapeutic and healthy outlet but also the opportunity to build a stronger, more resilient mindset. In our garage gym, we uplift each other, we turn up the music, we lean on each other through hard times, we cuss occasionally and gain strength from knowing we aren't alone through these difficult times and we will have someone to celebrate our wins with. You'll gain strength, both physically and emotionally, learn how to train in a various mix of workouts (strength training, HIIT, functionality and flexibility regimens) while forging friendships with women who share similar experiences.
