  • Are there different subscription plans available?
    Yes, we have “month to month” or an “annual subscription” plan available.
  • Can the app track progress and results?
    Yes! You have many ways to track your progress and results inside the app. Connect your wearable device (such as an Apple Watch or Fit-bit) with the app to track your daily activity levels and workout metrics like heart rate and calories burnt. You can manually input also your reps, sets and weight while you workout straight into the app. Under Compliance Tracking, you’ll be able to view your weekly and monthly compliance trends for your workouts, nutrition goal, water intake, weight, and measurements. You can also track your progress with weekly check-ins using our progress photo feature. We have ensured that you have many different options when it comes to being able to track your progress. You will be able to look back on your fitness journey to celebrate all your wins and truly see just how far you’ve come
  • Is the app suitable for all fitness levels?
    Yes, all our programs can be modified to fit any fitness level –from beginner, intermediate to advanced levels. You can also utilize our swap-an-exercise feature that allows you to trade out an exercise for another --just hit the swap icon and pick from the list of exercises to choose from.
  • Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?
    No, there are no additional fees outside of what is listed on your program and/or subscription amount.
  • Is the app suitable for all fitness levels?
    Yes, all our programs can be modified to fit any fitness level –from beginner, intermediate to advanced levels.
  • Is there customer support available if I have questions or issues?
    Yes, simply email connect@buildwithchels.com and they will return your email as soon as possible.
  • Is there a free trial available?
    Yes! With our MamaRilla, Silverback, and/or Gorilla Grit Club subscriptions you have a 7 day free trial.
  • Are the workouts suitable for home or gym settings?
    Yes, there are both home and gym workouts available. We also have our swap-an-exercise feature that allows you to trade out an exercise for another that will still target the muscle group that your trainer has set for you in that specific workout.
  • How often should I use the app to see results?
    We recommend utilizing our app every day to ensure you are building the necessary habits needed to attain a healthy body and mind.
  • Is the app compatible with my device?
    Our app can be downloaded with any device that has Google Play or Apple Store. For a specific device question, email us at buildwithchels@gmail.com.
  • Can I access the app offline?
    You are able to download workouts in advance so that way you can utilize your workout plan offline.
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your logging into the app website: https://chelsikottwitz.fitbudd.com/ After you login, you will click the menu dropdown button (you can find this all the way to the right, upper corner, looks like 3 horizontal lines stacked onto eachother). You will click “manage subscriptions” and then “cancel subscription.” Your plan will not renew after this point and you can still utilize the app up until the end of your payment renewal date.
