I worked in the corporate world for over a decade before becoming a mompreneur so I know exactly what it takes to have it all; my app is engineered for working women who want it all. I'm talking about women who want to thrive in their careers, have a family and still be in shape. It's a huge balancing act and can get pretty messy at times. My app and I are here to minimize that stress and mess so you can focus your time on what really matters in your life.

Don’t hesitate! Chels is so real and easy to work with you won’t have any issues communicating to her your goals and any struggles you have. The app is super user friendly and I love that she has videos doing the workout with you so you know the best form and you know what the workout is without having to research it. The meal plan is easy to follow and I always loved the food :) definitely recommend!
